A&E Reprographics offers both a typical service agreement and a scheduled maintenance agreement. The Scheduled Maintenance Agreement is a way of keeping your Investment maintained without having to pay a monthly fee. This agreement does not take the place of our Standard Service Agreement, however, it is offered as an alternative to having no preventative maintenance program at all.

As you can see the Standard Service Agreement includes the preventative maintenance required, a prompt response and unlimited service and parts over the life of the agreement all included in one Monthly Fee. The Scheduled Maintenance Agreement includes the preventative maintenance required, a timely response, a 10% discount on parts and the cost of labor will not exceed 1 billable hour no matter how long it takes to repair the machine.
